Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 30 days of your tour date, no fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days of your tour date, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of your tour booked.
If you cancel 2 weeks or less of your tour date, there is no refund, there will only be a reschedule to a future date.
How Do I Add Extra People to My Tour?
When you are adding more than 6 people to your wine tour. You can add it during the Book Now process under “Extras”. Remember to only add extras for any that are more than 6 people. For example: If you have 8 people in your party. You only need to add 2 extras because 6 people are already included in the tour numbers automatically.
Can I be picked up and dropped off in Wenatchee?
No. Our service area is Chelan and Manson. Out of service areas: Orondo, Pateros or Entiat. Unfortunately we do not service any locations farther than Orondo, Pateros or Entiat.
